So despite the “Tree Hill” incident in Wilmington, last week ended great. Charlotte was great! Quickly becoming a favorite for me and the band. Had a rare Saturday off so that I could tend to some family stuff. The fellas all enjoyed a real night off. Hope they’re all ok. Jordan, Reid, Adam and myself are in the studio mixing the new live CD. Listening to ‘Rock And Roll Star’ and the line about the ‘…Sony Tree..’ as we’re mixing in Nashville’s Sony Tree studio. I think that’s called irony. If it isn’t irony, then it’s still funny as hell. At the next moment we’ve got Chuck Berry’s DVD on the TV as “Southern Belle” is playing. It looks like he and Keith Richards are playing the song. Funny. Maybe that will be the first video from the record. We’ll see. Alright, back to work.
