March 31st Update

So we are in the throws of working on new material. Completely retracked a song called ‘when I get my wings’ today. Me acoustic, Blade on bass, Ken Coomer on drums and Keith Gattis on electric guitar. Siggi contributed percussion from his garage in Bloomington. Ah modern technology. More overdubs Tuesday. We will keep yall posted. Had a quick one off in South Bend IN on Saturday night. Nice little intro for our newest member Adam Ollendorff. We all had a blast. I got to go see the needtobreathe show here on Friday. I am so excited for the upcoming run with those guys. It’s gonna be great. Plus I got to have dinner and hang with the Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers crew too. They even had me sit in for a version of ‘baby girl’ during the show. It was great fun. I was more than flattered. They are a band we will certainly hope to do some things with in the future. Along those same lines the needtobreathe/Will Hoge tickets are going fast. A few are already sold out so go and get tickets!! For you procrastinators who will complain day of show about not having tickets there will be a pair of tickets for each show given away via my Twitter account. So get ready. You may have to glue Siggis shaved whiskers to your face to get them or something ridiculous, but all in the spirit of rock and roll right? Right. Haha. Let the fun begin. I can’t think of much more to report right now but it’s 4:45 in the morning….I’ll get back to yall later.
